1. Demat, Mutual Fund Nomination Deadline: The deadline to complete the nomination process for Mutual Fund and Demat accounts is June 30, 2024.Earlier this deadline was set as December 31, 2023.
2. IDBI Bank Special Festive FD: According to a report by ET, IDBI Bank is offering special rates on its festive fixed deposits (FDs) till June 30, 2024. General citizens can earn 7.05% on a 300-day FD, while senior citizens can earn 7.55%. For a 375-day FD, the rates are 7.1% and 7.6%, respectively. On a 444-day FD, general customers can earn 7.2%, and senior citizens can earn 7.7%.

3. Aadhaar free update: The deadline for updating Aadhaar card for free on the MyAadhaar site is June 14, 2024. After this date, updating the identity and address document will attract a fee of Rs 50. UIDAI is advising citizens to update their demographic information, especially if their Aadhaar was issued more than 10 years ago and has never been updated, to improve service provision and authentication success.
